Tadqiqot davomida tezkor-kuch sifatlarini rivojlantirishga xizmat qiluvchi an’anaviy mashqlar, tortuvchi vositalar, hamda zamonaviy texnologiyalar asosida ishlab chiqilgan metodika qo‘llanildi. Pedagogik tajriba Shahrisabz davlat pedagogika instituti jismoniy madaniyat yo‘nalishida tahsil olayotgan qisqa masofalarga yuguruvchi talaba sportchilar ishtirokida o‘tkazildi. Tadqiqot natijalari tajriba guruhi sportchilarida tezkor-kuch ko‘rsatkichlari hamda 30 m, 60 m va 100 m masofalardagi yugurish natijalarining 3–5 % ga yaxshilanganini ko‘rsatdi.
