%X A Knowledge Transferring Assessment integrates knowledge evaluation with the process of knowledge transfer. It represents a distinct type of Online Assessment, E-assessment, or Computer-based assessment that employs a "Pull Learning Approach." Unlike a traditional Online Assessment, which typically concludes a formal training program to evaluate the knowledge acquired (characteristic of a "Push Learning Approach"), a Knowledge Transferring Assessment eliminates the need for formal training by embedding the necessary or desired knowledge directly within the assessment through a specialized design.
