%X Literary review of study scientists is brought in work about the main and unique particularity of the composition goat milk, called on in recent years. In spite of high nourishing value, goat milk and products, made from it, remain little-known. High biological and food value of the goat milk, allow to consider possible use it in more broad scale. As a result of exploratory work is organized the comparative physio-chemical analysis of female, goat and cow milk.
