N2  - This article examines the life, socio-political activity, and literary-cultural heritage of Safo Muganni, one of the prominent representatives of the Khorezm Jadid movement. Based on archival documents and scholarly sources, the study highlights his participation in the ?Young Khivans? movement, his advocacy of national awakening and enlightenment ideas, and his tragic fate during the Soviet repressions. Furthermore, the article explores the social environment of early twentieth-century Khorezm through his poetry and artistic activities.
