description: In modern conditions of global food security challenges and climate change, increasing the efficiency of grain production through innovative technologies has become a strategic priority. This study investigates the organizational and economic mechanisms for implementing innovative technologies in grain farming in the Syrdarya region of Uzbekistan. The research identifies key constraints, including limited financial access, weak digital infrastructure, and insufficient integration between science and production. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of an Integrated Efficiency Index for Innovative Grain Production (IEIIGP), which allows a comprehensive assessment of innovation effectiveness based on productivity, resource efficiency, and economic returns. The proposed mechanism integrates micro, meso, and macro-level approaches. The results confirm that innovative technologies significantly improve yield, reduce resource consumption, and increase profitability.
