%X This study explores the role of motivation in enhancing students’ personal and professional competencies within the context of modern higher education. Emphasizing a student-centered approach, the research examines how motivational factors influence academic engagement, independence, and professional growth. The study identifies key pedagogical conditions that support the development of essential qualities such as responsibility, goal orientation, communication skills, and self-development. The findings demonstrate that effective motivational strategies significantly contribute to strengthening students’ professional competencies and lifelong learning capacities.
