%X This article examines the importance of developing language awareness within the framework of Pre-Service Teacher Training (PRESETT). Language awareness is considered a fundamental component of professional competence for future language teachers. The study analyzes the theoretical foundations of language awareness, its structural components, and its role in improving teaching quality, critical thinking, and intercultural communicative competence. The paper also proposes practical strategies for integrating language awareness development into PRESETT programs. The findings suggest that systematic development of language awareness&nbsp;enhances pedagogical effectiveness and ensures higher educational outcomes.&nbsp;
