N2  - This study explores the role of women as agents of cultural diplomacy in 21stcentury Uzbekistan, focusing on their linguocultural mission within education and translation. Through a linguoculturological framework, the research examines how women function as transmitters of cultural meaning and promoters of soft power by integrating national identity into global discourse. Case studies from Uzbek higher education institutions, including translation and intercultural communication initiatives, demonstrate that women educators and translators play a crucial role in advancing cultural diplomacy and fostering international cooperation. The findings highlight that women?s participation in education and translation is not only an issue of gender empowerment but also a strategic dimension of Uzbekistan?s cultural soft power.
