%T OPTIMIZATION OF DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF CHRONIC APICAL PERIODONTITIS
%X This article analyzes the current challenges of chronic apical periodontitis in modern dentistry, its high prevalence, and its local and systemic adverse effects on the body. The high proportion of acute and exacerbated chronic forms of periodontitis among patients seeking emergency dental care highlights the clinical significance of this pathology.
