%X Health insurance plays a significant role in strengthening public health and developing preventive medicine in modern healthcare systems. This thesis analyzes the role of health insurance in disease prevention, early diagnosis, and promotion of a healthy lifestyle. The findings indicate that insurance-based financing of preventive services expands access to healthcare and improves the economic efficiency of the healthcare system.
