В работе представлен комплексный клинико-морфологический и иммуногистохимический анализ плацентарной ткани у беременных с лабораторно подтверждённым АФС. Показано, что в основе плацентарной дисфункции лежат не только тромботические нарушения, но и иммунное повреждение эндотелия, активация системы комплемента и утрата физиологической антикоагулянтной защиты трофобласта, связанной с экспрессией Annexin V. Применение иммуногистохимических маркеров CD31, CD34, Annexin V и C4d позволяет выявлять ранние иммуноморфологические изменения, объяснять тяжесть клинических проявлений и прогнозировать исход беременности.2026-04-15ConferencesArticle
