%T THE INFLUENCE OF TGF-β IN TUMOR DEVELOPMENT
%X The main biological properties of TGF-β are involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, control of cell proliferation and innervation during embryonic development, bone tissue formation, hematopoiesis, regenerative and immunological tolerance formation. In tumors, TGF-β can act as a proto-oncogene or tumor suppressor, depending on the type and stage of the tumor cell. Controlling the level of TGF-β in the blood can prevent the progression of oncological and autoimmune pathologies
