%X This article presents a comparative analysis of the interpretation of Abu Ali ibn Sina's personality and activities in written sources. The study focuses on the realistic-historical image of the scholar in Abu Ubayd al-Juzjani's Sirat al-shaykh al-ra'is and the artistically idealized image of the "savior physician" in Nizami Aruzi Samarkandi's Chahar Maqala. Through specific examples, the author illustrates the stages of transformation of Ibn Sina's image from historical reality to legendary-didactic elements. The conclusion argues that the synthesis of these two directions laid the foundation for the depiction of Ibn Sina as the successor of Luqman al-Hakim in folk mythology.
