The study focuses on the realistic-historical image of the scholar in Abu Ubayd al-Juzjani's Sirat al-shaykh al-ra'is and the artistically idealized image of the "savior physician" in Nizami Aruzi Samarkandi's Chahar Maqala. Through specific examples, the author illustrates the stages of transformation of Ibn Sina's image from historical reality to legendary-didactic elements.
