%X The article examines the current hydrological state of the Amudarya delta lake systems amid the Aral Sea desiccation. The lakes are categorized into three feeding zones: Left Bank, Priamudarya, and Right Bank. Particular focus is placed on the Mezhdurechenskoye Reservoir as the key regulatory facility. The study provides its primary morphometric characteristics, analyzing the dynamics of water area and volume fluctuations. The findings emphasize the potential of the Priamudarya zone for ecological and economic restoration through effective freshwater management.
