Tadqiqotda 24–50 yoshdagi 62 nafar erkak bemor ishtirok etgan. sE-selectin, sICAM-1, IL-6, C-reaktiv oqsil, annneksin V, gomosistein va deskvamatsiyalangan endotelial hujayralar miqdori o‘lchandi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, O‘KS bemorlarida barcha ko‘rsatkichlar nazorat guruhiga nisbatan sezilarli oshgan. Xususan, sE-selectin 28 %, IL-6 2,2 barobar, C-reaktiv oqsil 5 barobar oshdi. Endotelial disfunktsiya markerlarining keskin ko‘tarilishi Erta endotelial shikastlanish va yallig‘lanish jarayonlari O‘KS patogenezining asosiy bosqichi ekanini ko‘rsatadi.
