В исследование включены 67 детей с подтверждённым диагнозом долихосигмы. Основными симптомами у пациентов были хронический запор, вздутие живота и абдоминальные боли. Диагностика проводилась с использованием ирригографии, рентгенографии с контрастированием, УЗИ и колоноскопии. Ирригографически было подтверждено удлинение сигмовидной кишки более чем на 10 см. При неэффективности консервативного лечения и развитии осложнений проведено хирургическое вмешательство с удовлетворительными результатами. Комплексный подход к диагностике и лечению долихосигмы позволяет улучшить качество жизни пациентов и снизить риск рецидивов и осложнений.2025-03-28Academic BookArticle
