In the context of modern education, the priority of a competency-based approach necessitates the development of critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills. The study employs theoretical analysis, empirical observation, and experimental methods. The findings indicate that the integration of national educational values with global pedagogical approaches positively influences students’ personal, social, and cognitive development. Furthermore, an integrative methodology enhances the effective formation of key 21st-century competencies in the learning process.
