%T SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF THE FORMATION OF COPING-STRATEGIES IN THE PERSONAL STRUCTURE OF YOUNG LEADERS
%X This article comprehensively analyzes the socio-psychological features of the formation of coping-strategies in the personal structure of young leaders. The interaction of young leaders with the team, strategic thinking skills, and the level of psychological adaptation are of great importance in the decision-making process. The study examines psychological factors affecting the formation of coping-strategies, including personal motivation, leadership skills, social roles, and group dynamics. The mechanisms of the formation and development of the personal structure of young people in leadership activities are also studied.
