%X Road safety is one of the urgent problems of today, because due to the increase in the number of vehicles, the rate of traffic accidents and the resulting deaths are increasing. One of the main reasons for the occurrence of traffic accidents is the result of aggressive driving of motor vehicles by drivers. The article talks about the human factor in traffic safety, aggressive management of motor vehicles and the reduction of traffic accidents that occur as a result of it by improving the culture of drivers.
