The Alkire–Foster methodology is used to construct a multidimensional poverty index (MPI) across education, health, and living standards. Two thresholds (20% and 33%) are applied to distinguish moderate and severe deprivation. Econometric models including OLS, Logit, and Probit are used. The results show that moderate poverty significantly reduces vaccination probability, while severe poverty is associated with higher risk of wasting.
