Проведён опрос среди 80 студенток медицинского института. Полученные данные продемонстрировали, что значительная часть респонденток страдает от недосыпания, что сопровождается жалобами на усталость, раздражительность, головные боли, нарушения концентрации и работы ЖКТ. Установлено, что дефицит сна может быть фактором риска для развития соматических нарушений, включая менструальные сбои и снижение иммунитета.
