%X Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been developed worldwide because of its usage in different important fields, including education. This study explores the effectiveness of AI-based feedback in writing assignments, highlighting its advantages and limitations. AI tools provide instant, consistent, and detailed feedback helping students improve grammar, structure, and coherence. They also reduce teachers’ workload, making large-scale assessments more efficient. However, AI lacks emotional intelligence, personalized feedback, and the ability to assess creativity and nuanced argumentation. While AI serves as a valuable supplement to traditional feedback, it cannot fully replace human instructors. The study emphasizes the need for a balanced approach, integrating AI with teacher guidance for optimal learning outcomes.
