%X Research competency is a necessary ability for teachers in the evolving field of education as it enables them to critically engage with pedagogical changes, design innovative teaching practices, and contribute to academic debates. The relevance of the research process, its many types, and the strategies used to raise the research competency of teachers is investigated in this article. Emphasizing their use in educational research, the study looks at qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods approaches.
