%X The article deals with the problems of the formation of new words in alanguage have been relevant in linguistics since its inception, but there is still no consensus on the understanding  of neologism in the proper linguistic sense. The article emphasizes national specificof neologisms through their space, realize those categories that representatives of people thinking, and bound aries in which they are placed in order to perceive and analyze the world around them.
