%X The question of the place and role of foreign investment in the economy of Uzbekistan is of paramount and predetermining importance for further sustainable and balanced development, for which it is important to determine the level, conditions, forms and ways of integrating the country into the international capital market. This article is devoted to the study of ways to attract foreign investment in the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article analyzes the existing problems and the state of the investment climate of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also develops proposals to improve the creation of a favorable investment climate to attract foreign investment.
