Tadqiqotda jami 60 nafar bola ishtirok etdi, ulardan 30 nafari allergik kasallik tashxisi bilan, qolgan 30 nafari esa sog‘lom nazorat guruhini tashkil etdi. Klinik simptomlar, laborator tekshiruvlar va UTT natijalari asosida oshqozon-ichak faoliyatidagi buzilishlar tahlil qilindi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, allergik guruhda diareya, qorin og‘rig‘i, ich qotishi va ko‘ngil aynishi holatlari nazorat guruhiga nisbatan ancha yuqori ekanligi aniqlandi.
