В условиях инновационного развития экономики, важно уделять внимание активизации инвестиционной деятельности, особенно в рамках стратегии развития Узбекистана. Анализ специальной экономической и законодательной литературы показывает, что созданные материально информационные, организационно экономические институты, включая политическую стабильность и гарантии защиты прав иностранных инвесторов, способствовали значительному росту объема привлеченных инвестиций.
